Job summary

AlstomNigel site in Gauteng seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to lead warehouse, logistics engineering and transport teams. You will align physical and system flows, implement APSYS and ERP processes, and drive KPI-based improvements while ensuring safety and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics/warehouse management and 5+ years in team leadership, with SAP ERP (WM/IM) knowledge. Travel to suppliers and sites may be required; based at the Nigel production site.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Supply Chain / Engineering / Industrial
• 3–5 years in Logistics & Warehouse management
• 5+ years in Team management
• Knowledge of SAP (WM/IM) or similar ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, warehouse and transport teams at site
• Optimize warehouse layouts and physical/material flow
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and DOA rules
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
