Could you be the full‑time Site APSYS Leader in Boksburg we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in lean principles and continuous improvement to a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, collaborative, and results‑driven teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the Alstom Performance System (APSYS) roadmap at the site level, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Quality & Continuous Improvement members, site management teams, and the APSYS Deployment Director), facilitate improvement actions, and provide on‑field expertise in lean methodologies, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating APSYS deployment strategies and assessments, but also contribute to global training programs and share best practices within the APSYS network.
