Job summary

RAVA HUMAN CAPITAL seeks a Plant Manager for the Boksburg site to lead daily manufacturing operations in a heavy industrial environment. You will drive production, quality and safety performance, optimize plant efficiency and reduce downtime while building strong engineering and maintenance teams.

You will apply Lean and World Class Manufacturing principles, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, ensure SHEQ/ISO compliance, and develop high-performing teams to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, MBA advantageous
• 15-20 years' manufacturing leadership experience
• Heavy industrial/continuous manufacturing background
• Lean Manufacturing & World Class Manufacturing (WCM) experience
• SHEQ & ISO compliance experience
• SAP & MS Office proficiency
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
