Qualifications

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• A demonstrable passion for cooking and the culinary arts.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
