Job summary

Painter Marketing Pros is seeking an Appointment Setter to drive new client acquisition. In this fully remote role, you will manage inbound leads and run outbound campaigns by phone and email to book discovery calls for the sales team. You will keep the pipeline data clean in Go High Level and follow up diligently until a decision is reached.

You will handle high-volume daily touchpoints, maintain notes, and collaborate with sales on messaging to improve conversions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or outbound sales in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to handle objections and maintain composure on cold calls.
• Strong written English communication for email outreach.
• Experience working inside a CRM — Go High Level preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Purpose of the Role:

To drive new client acquisition for the agency by proactively engaging prospects through outbound outreach and converting inbound inquiries into qualified sales appointments. The Appointment Setter is the first touchpoint in our sales process and plays a direct role in agency revenue growth.

About the Role:

As an Appointment Setter at Painter Marketing Pros, you will work the full top-of-funnel, handling inbound leads and running outbound campaigns via phone and email to book discovery calls for our sales team. You'll manage all prospect interactions inside Go High Level, keep pipeline data clean and current, and follow up with discipline until a decision is made. This is a remote, full-time role with a 9 AM-6 PM EST schedule.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience working inside a CRM -- Go High Level preferred
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a high volume of daily touchpoints
• Background in digital marketing or agency services is a plus
• Comfortable working full-time, 9 AM-6 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Compensation:
