Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking a candidate with extensive group travel ticketing experience to handle reservations, invoicing, and supplier relationships. You will work across domestic, regional, and international bookings, consulting on routing and fares to secure best value for clients.

Ideal applicants have familiarity with Amadeus and Quicktrav, strong financial understanding, and excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and high service

Qualifications

• 5+ years ticketing/reservation experience for group travel.
• Matric/Grade 12; tertiary travel or tourism qualification preferred.
• Basic financial knowledge: debits & credits, margins, VAT, cost of sales, commissions, profit, breakeven.
• Amadeus and Quicktrav system knowledge preferred.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Reservations & ticketing on Amadeus.
• Group booking experience on Amadeus.
• Invoicing on Quicktrav.
• Domestic, regional and international reservations and ticketing.
• Maintain all supplier relationships.
• International bookings consulting to find best routing and fare.
