Requirements

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across various hardware and software platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems for tracking and managing support requests.
