AngelCare, based in Pietermaritzburg, is seeking dedicated airport ground staff to join our team. You will work at the airport serving passengers, checking in travelers, assisting with baggage, and guiding boarding procedures.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to stay calm in busy moments, and flexibility to cover shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior customer service or airport ops experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and baggage handling.

• Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight schedules and airport services.
• Collaborate with airline and airport personnel to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas.
