Placements24 seeks an experienced Airline Operations Controller to join the flight operations center in Stellenbosch. You will oversee daily fleet performance, ensuring safety, punctuality, and efficiency while managing disruptions and coordinating with crews, maintenance, and ATC.

This role requires deep airline operations knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to make rapid, informed decisions under pressure. A hybrid working arrangement may be available to suit operational needs.

This critical role involves overseeing the daily operational performance of the airline fleet, ensuring flights operate safely, punctually, and efficiently. You will be at the forefront of managing operational disruptions, coordinating responses to weather events, technical issues, and air traffic control constraints. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the real-time status of all flights, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational plans.
• Manage and coordinate responses to operational disruptions, including weather, technical malfunctions, and air traffic delays.
