You will read engineering drawings, follow repair schemes, and work with NDT methods when required, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while upholding high quality and a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Aircraft Structures Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in structural repair techniques for various aircraft types.
• Experience with NDT methods such as eddy current, ultrasonic, or dye penetrant testing is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and structural repair manuals.
• Skilled in metal fabrication, composite repair, and riveting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft primary and secondary structures for damage, corrosion, and fatigue using visual and NDT methods.
• Perform repairs and modifications to airframes, wings, fuselage, and tail sections per approved data and repair schemes.
• Fabricate and fit structural components using aluminum, composites, and steel.
• Read and interpret structural repair manuals, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all structural work meets quality standards and aviation regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
