Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Structures Mechanic or Technician.
• Ability to read and interpret structural repair manuals (SRMs) and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with sheet metal and composite repairs, riveting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft airframes using approved data and techniques.
• Inspect aircraft structures for damage, corrosion, and fatigue, and document findings.
• Fabricate and fit structural components with precise alignment.
• Work with metallic and composite materials, using appropriate repair methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tool/equipment condition.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures including FOD prevention.
