Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Structures Technician or similar role, with at least 5 years in the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural principles and repair techniques for both metallic and composite materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs) and technical blueprints.
• Experience with various NDT methods is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural inspections of aircraft airframes, wings, and control surfaces using visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Perform repairs on composite and metallic structures, including patch repairs, reinforcement, and replacement of damaged parts.
• Interpret structural repair manuals (SRMs) and engineering drawings to execute repairs according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment for structural repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop repair solutions for complex structural damage.
• Ensure all structural maintenance activities comply with aviation regulations and company quality standards.
