Placements24 is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician for our Mossel Bay base. You will repair and maintain aircraft airframes using metals and composites, following approved data and drawings.

The role requires accuracy, safety, and teamwork to ensure airworthiness and operational readiness. You will work with engineers and fellow technicians, performing repairs, modifications, and inspections while documenting outcomes according to aviation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Aircraft Structures Technician or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and drawings.
• Proficiency with aircraft-grade metals and composites.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, modifications, and inspections on aircraft airframes.
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and drawings to guide work.
• Fabricate and fit metal and composite components.
• Ensure repairs meet airworthiness standards and are documented.
