About the Role

Our client, a significant service provider within the aviation sector, is seeking a meticulous and organized Aircraft Technical Records Administrator to join their team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of all aircraft technical records, which are essential for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing documentation related to aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, and modifications. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the complete technical records for the company's aircraft fleet, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
• Process, verify, and file all aircraft maintenance documentation, including work orders, component changes, and airworthiness directives.
• Ensure all records are accurately entered into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Conduct regular audits of technical records to identify discrepancies and ensure completeness.
• Assist in preparing records for regulatory inspections and audits by authorities like SACAA.
• Respond to requests for technical records information from internal departments and external parties.
• Archive obsolete records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support the maintenance planning and engineering departments with accurate record information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of record-keeping processes and systems.

Requirements
