Placements24 is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect for our Bloemfontein, Free State office. You will design and deliver AI-driven solutions, translate business needs into scalable strategies, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to drive enterprise AI initiatives.

The role requires strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), data architecture, MLOps, governance, and the ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML with at least 3 years in architecture or senior tech lead role
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex AI solutions in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and their AI/ML services
• Strong data architecture, data engineering, and MLOps knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate technical strategies and gain stakeholder buy-in
• Experience with big data technologies and data governance and ethical AI considerations

About the Role

Our client, a prominent enterprise solutions provider, is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to be based in their Bloemfontein, Free State office.
