Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business operations, technology operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience analyzing performance data and operational metrics.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational environments.
