Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety and fairness standards. You will review outputs, classify for compliance, and provide clear feedback on policy-related issues in a fully remote, hourly contract.

Work asynchronously, manage your own schedule, and contribute to responsible AI development while gaining exposure to diverse topics across AI ethics and trust-and-safety frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated content for bias, safety risks, and ethical alignment
• Classify and rate outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance
• Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating
• Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues
• Work across a diverse range of topics, formats, and content types
• Operate independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
