Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Ethics and Compliance Officer to establish responsible AI practices across global operations. You will develop and enforce governance and compliance standards for all AI initiatives.

Collaborate with legal, engineering, product, and policy teams to address bias, privacy, and transparency, guiding ethical AI development anywhere in the world.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Remote AI Ethics and Compliance Officer to establish and oversee responsible AI practices across their global operations. This crucial role will involve developing, implementing, and enforcing ethical guidelines, governance frameworks, and compliance standards for all artificial intelligence initiatives. You will work collaboratively with legal, engineering, product, and policy teams to identify and mitigate potential risks related to bias, fairness, privacy, and transparency in AI systems. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, data governance, regulatory compliance, or a closely related field.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, their societal implications, and potential ethical challenges.
