DataFin Recruitment is seeking an AI Enablement Coach to be embedded within the Operations & Administration team to help management and staff use approved AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work. This is a practical, hands-on enablement and coaching role, not an agent development role.

You will deliver one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions and practical AI bootcamps, translate operational problems into safe, prompt-led working processes, and track adoption, benefits and risks while

Qualificações

• Strong practical experience with Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience enabling users of deployed AI solutions.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and change-adoption skills.
• Ability to translate operational problems into practical AI-assisted processes.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, privacy and information security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions and practical AI bootcamps.
• Translate operational problems into usable AI-enabled processes.
• Assist staff to develop, test and refine reusable prompts.
• Help users understand capabilities, limitations and human controls.
• Gather feedback and identify adoption barriers to improve use.
