Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in commerce, economics, or finance.
• MBA or analytics-focused masters preferred.
• Experience with compensation design and global payroll relevant to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll processing service delivery meets SLAs and compliance with legislation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary functions to operationalize Finance and Accounting lifecycle.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team while enabling process standardization and automation.
• Provide strategic leadership in relationship management and cross-level communication.
