Responsibilities include managing schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure agile, efficient project delivery across a global matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and templates.
• Strong teamwork across matrixed client, supplier, and virtual teams.
• Experience with IT project management standards and processes (MS Project Server).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management deliverables like schedules, documentation and reporting.
• Identify and communicate risks and issues affecting scope or timeline.
• Lead project team members through delegation and performance expectations.
• Monitor resources, timelines and key metrics to meet milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings for clear project communication.
• Control scope and input of work to keep projects on track and aligned with processes.
