Somewhere is seeking a versatile Lead Performance Designer & Video Editor to bridge graphic design and video post-production into a single, high-output role.

You will transform raw footage, product imagery, and briefs into high-converting static ads, short-form videos, and polished email graphics, while applying direct-response principles to optimize hold and CTA impact for e-commerce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating performance ad creative for DTC e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of hooks, CTAs and direct-response concepts.
• Expertise in Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva.
• High autonomy to produce finished ad variations from briefs.
• Excellent written English and ability to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create static graphics, GIFs, motion graphics, and short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Refine ad angles using performance data and hooks.
• Design promotional graphics and templates for email campaigns (Klaviyo) and web assets.
• Master design tools and manage asset libraries and rendering pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset generation.
