Job summary

Mr D, a division of the Takealot Group, is seeking a Partner Catalogue and Onboarding Manager in Cape Town to lead onboarding and data management for partner catalogs on the Mr D platform. You will drive AI-enabled listing optimization and coordinate with product, restaurant and technical teams to deliver superior onboarding experiences.

Required is a Bachelor’s in business administration and 3–5 years in catalogue or project management, with at least 2 years leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced diploma in business administration.
• 3–5 years in catalogue or project management with leadership experience.
• 2+ years leading small/medium teams.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in high-pressure settings.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Kanban workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and data management for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform.
• Integrate AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement advanced data listing and optimization strategies.
• Manage and expand the data capturing team with high efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive collaboration between product, restaurant, and technical teams on tooling.
• Partner with Sales and Key Account Management for seamless onboarding.
• Establish leading practices for restaurant listings using data-driven methods.
• Identify upselling opportunities within partner catalogues using data insights.
• Maintain liaison with partners and Account Managers for complete listings.
• Analyse onboarding effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact for high-level listing queries and issues.
• Incorporate AI to optimise all aspects of partner data management and onboarding.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with AI technologies.
