Mr D, a division of takealot.com, is seeking a Data Integration Team Leader to drive partner onboarding and daily data operations in Cape Town. You will lead a 20+ member team, ensure SLAs are met, and collaborate across departments to resolve partner queries.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data-focused operations, a matric and a relevant tertiary qualification, with at least 1 year supervising larger teams. This role offers growth within the Mr D group.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ and manage staffing, productivity and quality.

• Managing national partner relationships, catalogue requirements and queries
• Understand Mr D's integration practices and systems
• Meet onboarding productivity targets as per SLAs
• Identify and escals system and process improvements
• Identify and escalate problem areas and training opportunities
• Conduct regular performance discussions and coaching
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve partner queries
• Identify root causes of service failures and prevent recurrence
• Resolve internal/external partner service complaints
• Communicate company policies to the team and manage conflicts
• Maintain a motivated team

This position reports to the Data Integration Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing of national partner relationship, catalogue requirements and queries
• You will have a good understanding of Mr D's integration practices and systems
• Ensuring that the productivity targets for onboarding of new partners are met as per internal service level agreements.
• Identify and escrow potential system and process improvements.
• Identify and escrow problem areas, trends and training opportunities to the appropriate stakeholder/s
• Manage your team’s through regular performance discussions and coaching.
• Liaise with internal departments to solve partner queries and elevate partner-facing challenges to the relevant stakeholders
• Assess any service failure and identify the root cause and take appropriate action to ensure similar failures are avoided
• Lead a team of 20 + and optimally manage all staffing needs, productivity, and quality
• Manage all Internal and external partner services complaints
• Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated to the team, managing and resolving people-related problems, including but not limited to resolving employees conflict of interest and absenteeism.
• Manage and maintain a highly focused and motivated team
• Daily query management resolution
