Job summary
LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Legal Workflow Automation Executive to collaborate with top legal teams, leveraging Generative AI to automate processes, design intelligent workflows, and drive measurable efficiency across client firms.
You will identify automation opportunities, demonstrate AI-driven solutions, and guide adoption from pilots to scalable impact, while partnering with customer success and product teams.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with LLB or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience practising law.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and processes.
- Proven ability to engage with senior legal stakeholders.
- Interest in legal technology and AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Partner with lawyers and legal operations leaders to map real-world workflows and pain points.
- Translate legal work into AI-powered high-value use cases.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for practice areas.
- Support the client journey from pilots to firm-wide adoption in partnership with Customer Success.
- Advise clients on ROI, risk, and operational impact of AI in legal practice.
- Feed insights into product development, roadmap prioritisation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Capture best practices and help scale this function locally and globally.
