Network Finance is seeking a senior leader to own and advance our flagship Client Ranking Scorecard, moving from static reporting to AI-powered, predictive analytics. You will govern QA across human and AI-assisted interactions and translate insights into compelling client narratives for top strategic clients.

You will present performance insights confidently to C-Suite and stakeholders, while building and guiding a high-calibre insights team focused on delivering first-rate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; postgraduate advantageous.
• 8+ years in collections strategy, BI, or operational analytics with 3+ years at senior management.
• Proven ability presenting insights to executive and client audiences.
• Experience implementing AI/automation to optimise workforce efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Client Ranking Scorecard - flagship performance product.
• Lead the shift from static reporting to AI-powered, predictive analytics.
• Govern quality assurance across human and AI-assisted agent interactions.
• Translate insights into compelling client narratives and ensure first-place rankings across strategic clients.
