Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in agronomic research, consulting, or farm management.
• Expert knowledge of crop physiology, soil fertility, and plant pathology.
• Proven ability to analyze complex agricultural data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for remote client interaction.
• Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert agronomic advice on crop selection, planting, fertilization, and pest/disease management.
• Conduct remote analysis of soil samples, farm data, and satellite imagery to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop customized crop management plans to maximize yield, improve quality, and ensure sustainability.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, technologies, and best practices in agronomy and agricultural science.
• Advise on irrigation strategies, water management, and conservation techniques.
