The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years in agronomy, with strong knowledge of IPM, plant physiology, and soil chemistry, plus experience in field trials and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in agronomy, with a strong focus on commercial crop production.
• In-depth knowledge of plant physiology, soil chemistry, and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Experience with agricultural research methodologies and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance on soil fertility, crop nutrition, pest and disease management, and irrigation strategies.
• Conduct field trials and research to evaluate new crop varieties, fertilizers, and agricultural technologies.
• Analyze soil samples, plant tissues, and environmental data to develop precise nutrient management plans.
