Qualifications

• Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Science, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in agronomic consulting or related agricultural science role.
• Demonstrated expertise in crop physiology, soil chemistry, and integrated pest management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with agricultural software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote client portfolio effectively.
