Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural field operations or supervision.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and tools.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews in planting, cultivation, pest control, and harvesting.
• Monitor crop health and growth; address issues promptly.
• Ensure safety protocols and efficient resource use.
• Assist in planning and scheduling daily farm tasks with farm manager.
