About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Farm Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at their expanding agricultural enterprise in Rustenburg . This role demands a blend of practical farming knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainable agricultural practices. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of crop production, livestock management, resource allocation, and staff supervision to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and adherence to environmental standards. This is a vital position for ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the farm, contributing significantly to the agricultural output of the North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of farm staff, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and livestock care.
• Develop and manage the farm's operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming techniques, including water management, soil conservation, and integrated pest control.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.

Requirements
