Placements24 is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join a rapidly growing tech company in Rustenburg, North West. You will guide development teams through the SDLC, foster an Agile environment, and ensure on-time, high-quality software delivery.

Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, and report on velocity and Agile metrics. Requires CSM/PSM, 5+ years in software, strong facilitation and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile development teams in adopting Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
