Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Senior Agile Master to bring structure to fast-moving environments and inspire teams to deliver with cadence and quality.

You will lead DevOps and cross-functional teams, apply scaled agile practices, and drive adoption of new processes and tools while maintaining high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams with strong delivery focus in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience introducing agile at scale (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) and related processes.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence and metrics like burndown and velocity graphs.
• High emotional intelligence, leadership, facilitation, and transparency.
• Ability to understand technical topics and influence developers effectively.
• Experience in change management and adopting new processes, tools and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and steer a team to deliver on time with the required quality and to create high performing DevOps Team(s) using agile methodology.
• Deep understanding and experience in the introduction of agile methodology and (scaled) agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) and processes.
• Proficient in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) and metrics like burndown charts and velocity graphs.
• Superior emotional intelligence, leadership skills, knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Ability to understand technical topics enough to be able to influence developers and steer technical discussions with developers.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
• Experience in change management, including the ability to lead effectively and manage organizational changes, identify and address resistance to change, and implement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
