Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Change Manager to lead the transformation of our software from a SaaS model to an Agile model. You will oversee all aspects of change management and project implementation, including leadership engagement, risk management and guiding change leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in large-scale agile environments and will coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure sustainable adoption and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 6–10 years in Change Management / OE Specialist.
• Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Change Leadership engagement and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deploying the Change Plan and coordinating with Change Lead.
• Build Change capability within the Change team.
• Attend management and integration meetings to align activities.
• Coordinate communications, training and change efforts across projects.
• Lead and support Change Impact Assessment workshops.
• Provide status reporting at meetings.
• Ensure a Sustainability Approach is set out and followed.
• Organize Change Network initiatives and build Change Network capabilities.
• Identify key stakeholders and ensure proper engagements are held.
• Feedback Change Impact Assessments outcomes to relevant parties.
