Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to coordinate cross-functional teams within the Banking division, guiding SAFe/Scrum/Lean practices and removing delivery obstacles. You will coach individuals, translate agile theories to practical team actions, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role requires deep understanding of agile methodologies and strong facilitation skills to build high-performing teams in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) and WebAPI development.
• Proficient with .NET Framework (4.7.2+ ) and .NET Core 6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day tasks and remove obstacles hindering delivery of initiatives.
• Coach team members to embrace agile ways of work.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste in the way of work within the team.
• Influence stakeholders to embrace agile practices and build high performing teams.
• Provide reporting on activities, project status and obstacles.
