Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to plan and manage software projects using agile methods. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, assign milestones, and ensure resources are available to meet goals.

The role focuses on promoting Lean and Agile best practices and collaborating with Transformational teams within client technology structures. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in Agile development or project management, a Scrum Master certification,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile software development and/or project management.
• Experience implementing agile processes in large software projects.
• Scrum Master Certification and Practical Scrum Master Experience required; SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages project work with one or more agile methods.
• Ensures resources needed to accomplish tasks are available as needed.
• Coordinates activities of project team members and assigns tasks and milestones.
• Facilitates successful Agile adoption and Lean/Agile best-practice use across the client group technology structure.
