Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.
• Honours degree or equivalent.
• PMP or Prince certification.
• Certified Scrum Master and Scaled Agile certification (ideal).
• 5-8 years in a project environment with 5 years in a PM role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful Agile implementation in software projects aligned to business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on process, tools, and team dynamics through weekly sessions.
• Engage diverse stakeholders across a spectrum of needs and ensure clear communication.
• Manage project scope, cost estimation, and budgets within governance.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope with traceability of benefits.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the lifecycle.
