Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Training Lead to drive training and development initiatives, overseeing design, development and delivery across projects. You will lead change-management efforts and apply ITIL-informed practices within an agile environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or IT and extensive L&D experience, with strong stakeholder management. You will partner with local learning leaders to schedule trainings and upskill staff, ensuring measurable training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 10 years' experience of L&D.
• Stakeholder relationships and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development initiatives across projects.
• Manage end-to-end training design, development and delivery.
• Apply ITIL-informed practices and agile principles in training programs.
• Conduct skills assessments and plan training scope.
• Assess training infrastructure and effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Design and customize training materials for virtual and face-to-face learning.
• Prepare and test training environments and platforms.
• Schedule training with local learning leaders and upskill staff.
• Ensure training evaluations are conducted and track attendance and impact.
