Job summary

iSanqa Resourcing is seeking a Mid to Senior Agentic Software Engineer for a five-month contract in Sandton. The role blends strong full-stack development with AI agent management, ensuring secure, enterprise-grade software delivery.

You will direct AI agents, validate outputs, and contribute to architecture while refining AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, with preference for Digital Banking/Financial Services and experience in React Native or Flutter, plus

Qualifications

4-8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
Digital Banking / Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
Commercial experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks (React Native and/or Flutter preferred).
Hands-on experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) and markdown instruction files.
Solid foundation in SOLID principles, distributed systems, API design, cloud-native architecture, automated testing (TDD), CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
Framework-agnostic mindset and ability to learn new stacks quickly.

Responsibilities

Direct AI development agents using enterprise AI platforms and instruction files.
Refine AI skills, prompts, workflows, and guardrails to optimize delivery velocity.
Develop end-to-end software across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud-native components.
Contribute to architecture and ensure enterprise-grade security and quality.
Translate engineering conventions into reusable agent guidance and documentation.
