Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack software engineering experience across frontend/backend/API.
• React Native and/or Flutter experience highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools or AI engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct AI agents to build real software.
• Turn user stories, Figma designs and business rules into working solutions.
• Review and challenge AI-generated code for security and quality.
