• 4-8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Digital Banking / Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
• Commercial experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks (React Native and/or Flutter preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) and markdown instruction files.
• Solid foundation in SOLID principles, distributed systems, API design, cloud-native architecture, automated testing (TDD), CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Framework-agnostic mindset and ability to learn new stacks quickly.

Acting as a human-in-the-loop, you will direct AI agents, validate generated code, contribute to architecture, and continuously refine AI-driven workflows.

• 4-8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Digital Banking / Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
