Job summary

Hoek’s Toyota in Swellendam is seeking a dynamic Aftersales & Workshop Manager to oversee the service centre operations, lead technicians and service staff, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships and Toyota standards.

You will drive workshop activity, manage warranty claims, monitor stock, supervise staff, sign off job cards, and submit timely reports to Hoek’s Toyota Head Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aftersales management and service workshop operations.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of automotive warranty processes and Toyota standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workshop activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead daily team meetings, review client matters, warranty claims, stock levels, and performance.
• Approve major repair quotations and ensure accurate costing.
• Submit reports to Hoek’s Toyota and Head Office on time.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures.
