IQVIA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across East and West Africa from a Johannesburg base. This leadership role requires building strategic customer relationships, expanding markets, and guiding a dispersed regional sales team.

You will drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, market development, and disciplined commercial planning, with extensive travel across Africa.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Honours or postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years' sales and business development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy across East and West Africa.
• Identify, assess, and enter new African markets with strong commercial potential.
• Build and expand routes to market through distributors, partners, and direct customer relationships.
• Lead and coach a geographically dispersed sales team; set performance targets.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, and regional performance plans; provide reporting.
