Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across East and West Africa.
• Identify and enter new African markets with strong commercial potential.
• Build routes to market via distributors, partners, and direct customers.
• Lead, coach, and manage a geographically dispersed sales team.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and monitor regional performance.
• Report on forecasts, profitability, and risks; adjust plans accordingly.
