You will manage market-entry plans, oversee customer development, and align pricing and product strategies with growth objectives across diverse territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; honours advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Take accountability for sales, gross profit, market share and customer growth across Africa.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team while remaining active in market and with customers.
• Personally identify, enter and develop new African markets and routes to market.
• Expand footprint by developing new customers, distributors, strategic partners and routes to market.
• Retain and grow strategic customers as a trusted commercial and technical partner.
• Provide market, competitor and customer insight to support pricing and growth strategies.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline of new-country and new-customer opportunities.
• Lead senior-level customer engagements and close opportunities from first contact to early-stage account development.
