Qualifications

• Requires a well-established mining industry network and a strong commercial track record in selling complex services or solutions.
• Ability to identify and convert strategic opportunities and to manage multi-stakeholder engagements across internal and external teams.
• Experience in building senior client relationships and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated services across training, inspections, certification and consulting.
• Proven history of leading tenders and major proposals in mining or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the mining business development pipeline for South Africa and priority African markets.
• Identify, qualify, pursue and close new revenue opportunities across mining houses and related stakeholders.
• Develop account-specific value propositions and commercial strategies addressing safety, compliance, and operational risk.
• Maintain focus on profitable growth, revenue quality and long-term account value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop differentiated proposals and client solutions.
