The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR experience, strong Excel analytics, and expertise in performance management, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This position operates within a matrix global structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices across Africa.
• Proven experience in HR transformation, change management, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to align HR initiatives with local priorities.
• Lead HR projects to drive efficiency, transformation, and standardization across Africa.
• Provide hands-on support to managers on performance management, team development, change management and resource planning.
• Deliver compliant HR services, including EOR-related processes and governance across Africa.
• Coach managers on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and restructuring where needed.
• Provide data-driven insights from HR metrics to inform decision-making.
