A leading FMCG company in Roodepoort is looking for an experienced Manager: New Business Development. The role focuses on driving growth across South and Sub-Saharan Africa, managing complex projects, and establishing strategic partnerships. Candidates should possess an Honours Degree, significant experience in business development, and proven leadership skills. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry and be fluent in Business English. Competitive salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business development or related roles.
• 6–8 years of experience working directly with senior management.
• 4–6 years of proven people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Establish new business relations with potential co-packers and joint venture partners.
• Investigate new channels to expand food operations into South and Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Lead and manage projects from planning to execution.
