Mimecast South Africa is seeking a Channel Account Manager — Africa to own and scale the distribution strategy across the African continent. You will manage the distribution partner relationship end-to-end, drive downstream partner recruitment, enablement, and activation in a 2-Tier GTM model, and ensure measurable ROI on MDF and campaigns.

The role focuses on expanding Mimecast's reach to new reseller partners and MSPs through distribution, with targets for pipeline, revenue, and partner

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing distribution partnerships within Africa technology or cybersecurity channel.
• Track record of driving partner recruitment, activation and revenue outcomes.
• Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute a distribution business plan with quarterly milestones.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with the distribution partner.
• Develop executive-level relationships with distributor leadership to drive outcomes.
• Design and implement partner recruitment and activation programmes via distribution.
• Drive Deal Registration volume and education for distributor-sourced partners.
• Achieve distribution pipeline and ARR targets, and KPI renewals.
• Coordinate ecosystem campaigns with vendor partners for joint GTM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Marketing to align GTM and forecast opportunities.
