takealot.com, South Africa's leading online retailer, is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to join our Marketing team in Cape Town. You will define and scale our affiliate roadmap to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

You will manage end-to-end performance campaigns, onboard and nurture partners, and optimize ROI through data-driven insights. The role requires hands-on platform experience, GA4 proficiency, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

4+ years of campaign management experience in digital/performance marketing
Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms
Strong analytics and ROI mindset
Proficient in GA4 and Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with large-scale ecommerce affiliates

Responsibilities

Define, execute, and scale affiliate roadmap to meet acquisition and revenue targets
End-to-end management of performance campaigns with calendar alignment
Onboard, engage, and manage affiliates, publishers, and influencers
Daily tracking and ROI optimization of campaigns and payouts
Oversee affiliate tracking platform operations, link generation, and creative deployment
Monitor traffic quality and enforce brand safety policies
